Guesthouse Lin

This large duplex can accommodate four to six people and has air conditioning.

This spacious and bright duplex offers a comfortable and welcoming setting for a stay with family or friends.

The ground floor features an open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen leading to a spacious living and dining area. A laundry room with a WC and a washing machine completes this living space.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160×200 cm) and the other with two single beds (80×200 cm) that can be joined together to form a double bed. A mezzanine lounge and a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and heated towel rail can be found on this floor.

The duplex has a private terrace overlooking a quiet, green garden, which is ideal for relaxation. The entrance is on the ground floor, accessed via the courtyard, and there is reserved parking for one vehicle.

Linen and everyday amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and vacuum cleaner are provided.

A cot and high chair are available on request.

Rates for the Lin guesthouse vary depending on the season and number of guests. The prices listed below are for one night for two people and are provided for informational purposes only.

During the high season, you can expect to pay €140 per night during the week and €160 per night at weekends.

During the mid-season, the rates are €120 per night on weekdays and €130 per night at weekends.

During the low season, the rates are €100 per night on weekdays and €110 per night at weekends.

A €10 discount is applied for single occupancy. Conversely, a supplement is added for occupancy by more than two people: €15 for three people and €25 for four people.

Breakfast is available at an additional cost of €9 per person and must be ordered before the start of your stay.

Finally, tourist taxes must be paid on site in cash.
